I just got back to the office after going through the drive through to order a quick lunch. I had a nice Friday, that was until they handed my my milkshake of which they neglected to fasten the lid of. To sum up what happened next is that my phone, car upholtsry and hands got covered in chocolate milkshake. I had to (more than once) ask for some napkins to clean up the mess and did not even get a hint of an apology. Sorry McDonalds but you won't be seeing me again, apart from the fact that your customer service is non existent and that I really don't like being sticky from milkshake I would rather take the cleaning up you mess money and pay for some service somewhere else, cause it's really not worth the mess.
