George Ocean basket> Terrible food! I often go to Ocean basket in George, and was dying for some good fish and chips, but when we got our take out on Wednesday night, the fish was so tough and rubbery, we had to throw most of it away. After letting the branch know, they just said the fish is meant to be like that! WHAT?? Two days of phone calls later, keep getting told a manager will call us back, but no one does. Its unacceptable to have to pay so much for inedible food. I see from the other posts on this page, that bad food seems to be an Ocean Basket standard, as is getting no reply or getting empty promises. So sad.
