On Monday 17/6/13 I was travelling back from kzn to gp and stopped at the bergview garage in harrysmith to get lunch and coffee, around 13h00. The outlet was quite busy and i had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes for my coffee and food, which i didn't mind too much. But once i got to the car i found that my serious decaf cappuccino was actually just a serious cappuccino and the chicken mayo on wholewheat was a toasted chicken mayo sandwich. Seems Constance at the till decides what a customer wants and gets! I did not see myself going back into the outlet and waiting another 15 minutes as I was travelling alone and just wanted to get home. Just want to thank Mugg and Bean for a waste of R57-90 and gastro (medicine totalling R175-00) for two days as a result of the caffeine (they need to stop and listen and realise that one orders decaf for a reasoncoffee and the oily toasted sandwich. If it wasn't for the fact that i don't believe in wasting money or food, i would have gone back and thrown the stuff back at them.
