I visited the Mugg & Bean last week with some work colleagues & to my dismay, the chicken & mayo sandwich I ordered had a huge bone in it!
I called the manager & informed him that this sort of thing is completely unacceptable. He then took it back & assured me that I would get a call from the franchise owner - Rob House.
After a week of waiting, I have still yet to receive any sort of communications from anyone at Mugg & Bean.
This is pathetic customer service, but hey - when you own a store in Gateway, who really needs to worry about customer service?
