We are residence of Amanzimtoti and we are in the mall on a weekly basis. Every single time we go to this branch of Mugg and Bean, we receive bad service. We have used the normal channels to complain but the service is still not getting any better. The normal time to wait for food that you order, irrespective if the place is busy or not, is from 45 to an hour. This last time we went to the outlet and I ordered a toasted sandwich. After almost 45 minutes my food arrived and the toast was not even toasted. The cheese inside the toast was still hard and not even melted. My daughter ordered meals for my granddaughter and the pieces of bread looked like it was offcuts or leftovers from the loaf. I brought it under the attention of the manager and he apologized but I have done it before and nothing changed. When I used the restroom, another patron entered the restroom and congratulated met for speaking up and this lady said that they do not know why they still come to this place expecting better service because they also always wait for their food for a long time and when it comes, it is a mess. Will someone please do something about this!!!
