I never thought that i may have to complain about service from a Mugg and Bean outlet, having had such good service and food from other outlets.
We stopped off at the Musgrave Branch on Monday (17.6.2013) evening for coffee and a light snack. However we were soon to be very dissappointed. We ordered 2 Cappuccino's to start, they took 25 minutes to arrive. We had a waitron that served us and one that delivered our drinks. After about 10 minutes after our arrival we also ordered a plain Waffle and a Croissant. After 50 minutes our waitron arrived again to clear our cups but still no food and no explanation as to the delay. As we were not expecting to wait almost an hour for such a simple meal, i requested the food as a take away!
Sorry Mugg and Bean Musgrave your service is nothing less than pathetic, you really need to up your game. This outing was a total waste of time and money.
