On the 17th of June 2013, I ordered 3 pizza's from Scooters Sunninghill branch for delivery. When I requested that my pizza's be made thick base pizza, I was told that there was no thick base available. I was only informed that the thick base was not available AFTER my credit card charge had gone through. Knowing what a hassle it is to reverse this charge, I was left with no choice but accept the order. I'm dumbfounded how a brand that specifically states that the customer should 'Choose Your Base' does not adhere to their policy. I had this exact same problem when ordering from Roman's Pizza but they were gracious enough to not only apologize but replace my original order the way that I wanted it free of charge. I would appreciate an explanation as to why Scooters Sunninghill does not adhere to the policies of the Scooters brand.
