I am very disappointed with Fourways Cubana with regards to the incident on 2013/04/13. A waitress our R200 that fell on the floor. We complained about the issue and the management refused to play the video footage that shows the whole act. After we complained about this the team leader brought back the money. Two "managers" stormed up at their seat and started a big argument of which they were defending the waitress. We ended up being the guys who were wrong and the two "managers" demanded that we leave the premises and call bouncer on us which was not necessary. If the two managers condone such behaviour, what does this tells us about Fourways Cubana? I am very disappointed
