I'm highly disappointed and angry at the conduct of the Baron Sandton last week Thursday night.
At last rounds the remaining customers downed their drinks ready to depart.
Bouncer was a little aggressive ruining a night out but we didn't take offence as we had a great night.
On our way out the bouncer turns to my boyfriend to say he doesn't like attitude, out of the blue. I stand between the 2 of them because as he speaks he is advancing on my boyfriend.
Because of my work in the alcohol industry, I have a long relationship with the outlet and try to reason with Raymond the bouncer to no avail. He pushes my boyfriend to the floor and shoves him out the outlet.
That, as horrible as it was should have been the end of it. Raymond however goes outside the outlet and punches my boyfriend. This bouncer is much bigger and was unfortunately not stopped by the managers.
They stood by as this incident happened, along with the 2nd bystander bouncer whose name I didn't get.
In all my frantic attempt to stop this, the one manager I recall said to me "Its your word, you had your back turned so didn't witness it". In other words my boyfriend punched himself? Disgusted, this was a fav outlet
