In December 2013 my friend and I were in Cubana Blouberg having drinks by the bar and we were being served by a barman whom we later found out his name was Julio because he didn't have a name tag/badge on, he's a black male who looks a Congolese, definitely not South African and spoke a foreign language. This barman tried to my friend by combining a drinks order into our bill of some guys we didn't know and which he spoke a foreign language to them, so obviously they knew each other. When my friend picked this up she confronted him (Julio the barman) in return he started swearing at my friend and tried to force her to pay for these strangers drinks including ours and then also called a bouncer on us to kick us out; when the bouncer came over we explained the situation to him and he understood and left us, which we then paid for only our drinks and left Cunaba because he had spoilt put fun. You can see this guys is used to puling this stunt off by scamming customers and include his friends drinks in their bill.
