I ordered food from Barcelos, the quarter chicken meal with garlic roll and chips. I specifically asked a hot one and leg portion. They delivered lemon and herb and wing portion. In any case, halfway through eating my food I bumped into a cockroach inside my chicken. I then called to complain and the manager apologised and said I could just order anything. I then spoke to the cashier or whoever takes orders, I didn't wanna be difficult and just ordered the same meal, all I wanted extra was a cold drink. The food eventually came, an hour later. Same old wrong order, wing portion and lemon and herb with no garlic roll this time and no cold drink. I mean really now, after going through the trauma of a cockroach in my food I still had to go through this. I pity my colleague as she ordered a prego roll, Lord knows what was in there. The service was totally unacceptable, I don't mind the delay in delivery as it may be affected by many reasons... but I mean a cockroach... should these people still be in business???!!!
