Cold and over cooked food

I went with family to Mugg and Bean (Musgrave centre) on the 7th June 13.
I ordered a plain BBQ Burger while other family members ordered more complex items off the menu.

It took Mugg and Bean about an hour to bring 8 Meals to the table which is understandable considering how busy they were. On receiving my food i found that the burger patty was over cooked, dry and tough and my roll was freezing like it has just been pulled from the deep freeze and heated. I asked the waiter to please heat my food and 5min later received it slightly warmer but with the roll still partly frozen. Some of the chips were also squashed and looked like mash.

Food quality has definitely IMO taken a drive at M&B... I ended up going next door to Nando's
