I regularly visit Mugg and Bean, one reason being that I love good coffee. However, I have recently detected that the quality of coffee served at Mugg and Bean has deteriorated considerably. It seems to be weak and the taste is bland. During my five visits to this specific branch over the past few weeks, nothing could convince me that the quality of their coffee is improving. On more than one occasion I returned my coffee after tasting it and requested something else to drink. I still like Mugg and Bean, but until the quality of their coffee improves, I will now make a choice between drinking water or tea when going there, which - if you consider that Mugg & Bean is known as THE restaurant for good coffee - is not a compliment.
