I ordered 2 regular chicken tikka large piza for R64.90 as per their price list, telephonically. I specifically mentioned that I do not require any additional cheeze or any other toppings.
However, when the pizza arrived, I was charged for additional cheese at R12.90 each for the 2 pizza's. I then called the Norwood branch and the cashier denied me refusing any additional toppings.
This is cheating and a neat way to increase their income - very simple!!
