ON A PREVOIUS COMPLAINT

So after so many calls to the MANAGER of the branch, and with him to not even taking the time to return my call or give me correct information leaves my previous complaint unresolved, just shows how really bad the service and customer care is of spur, in a whole, not once was liberty taken to call me and say whats happening its been two months now that i haven not heard from a MANAGER, Or Customer service,

this is really not the kinda service i expected from a well known company as big as spur, but i guess this what they call customer service
