I have been to this outlet on many occassions and there always seems to be a problem. I just never bothered reporting it coz I thought it was a once off thing. The first time they forgot to put my mash n gravy into the packets and they gave me 1 pce short and there were more wings in the container than normally is and the chicken was burnt. I went again and I see that the chicken is always burnt. I think they are frying the chicken in very hot oil and the insides are not getting cooked properly.
