After my previous complaint (/spur-steak-ranches/complaints/spur-chefs-do-not-understand-medium-to-well-done-1154967) Spur head office responded to the complaint and promised to resolve it. Since then I have eaten at Chippewa Spur twice. Each time the steak was done to absolute perfection, and the waiters were more than obliging, doing their utmost to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied.
Particularly, the operations manager of Chippewa Spur, Mr. Riaz Rawat deserves special mention. The manager tried contacting me consistently for over a week to get hold of me to come in and discuss any issues I might have had over a cup of coffee. I would've posted this compliment earlier but my previous attempt was unsuccessful.
