A letter was posted to me in response to my complaint regarding bad staff attitude (Portia - at the Plumstead Store). The letter was dated 20 May 2013 and posted on 31 May 2013. The letter states thank you for your feedback. This has got to be the most ridiculous response!
It does not acknowledge that the matter was investigated, it does not speak of remedial action, it does not speak of an gesture of good will. It simply appears to have been written to tick the box that a letter was sent and that the writer should go away? Frankly its not worth the paper its written on, a none response might have been more appropriate.
