I have submitted an email through the website about 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing at all.
I bought 2 large pizzas from your Boksburg Branch about 2 weeks ago
The one was meant to come with extra/ double cheese. On trying to pay for this the cashier asked if i would like double or triple cheese. I said that double cheese would be fine assuming this was for the bacon supreme which as mentioned is meant to have the extra cheese.
Instead i was double charged for this on both pizzas.
I feel that the staff at Boksburg don't always know what they are doing as this is not the first time it has occurred and is very unprofessional as they are ripping off anyone who ordered a similar pizza as I did.
If they do charge for the extra cheese on 1 pizza its an extra 11 odd rand imagine they had done this on a much larger order?
Also why have a contact page on your website if it does not function accordingly??
