I am really disappointed with The Colony branch, we placed an order early @ around 12:19 to avoid late deliveries as it is end of the month, so that we can enjoy lunch at 1pm. We always order and sometimes they deliver late but this time we had to call several times to find out when are they going to deliver our pizzas as it was getting late, it was just too long and to make the matters worse the order was wrong when it got here. we ordered 3 pizzas (1 veggie with no pineapple & 2 chicken double stack with extra cheese) we got 1 veggie with pineapple &1 chicken double stack with extra cheese. They charged us for 2x extra cheese for the veggie pizza which we didn't order and it was not even there on the pizza. We had to wait for the two pizzas to be delivered which by then lunch time was over. I am really disappointed with the way the manger handled the whole situation as he was not handling our query very well. he told me that he was going to call the delivery guy and he will call me in 15 minutes. does it take 15min to call a person seriously. I will not encourage anyone to order food at The Colony branch end of the month as the service is very poor.
