We called Debonairs to obviously order pizza, 1stly the person that answered the phone made us feel like she's doing us a favour for even talking to us. Never the less we went on to order and I have to say that they have this thing that they do where you are asked if you want extra or double cheese which I don't understand as it leaves me askin questions with their regular pizza.. perhaps the size is reduced therefore forcing one to pay more and order extra cheese but then again that's what I think. anyway we said no extra cheese, we want the regular pizza. To my surprise when the pizza arrived there were charges of extra cheese for R13. I called back enquiring about this only to be told that we had ordered extra cheese which is. Not only was I disgusted with the service but when I called Ntombi who took my order just told me to hang on (without saying anything) assuming that she went to call the manager, now in the back ground I could hear him asking who it is. She then came back and said the manager wants to know what I want.. Not only was appauled by the service but I was disgusted by the sheer disrespect for his clients that pay his salary and bills. R13 is not much but it
