Went to Debonairs last night. Wanted a pizza. I started to order when i realised there was no garlic on the pizza. i asked how much it cost to add garlic. And the answer was R9.00 ODD. Come on people Almost R10.00 to add garlic. Not one to be ripped off especially when other pizza places add free garlic i cancelled the entire order and went to Nandos and Scooters for our meals.
If it were my business i would be upset to lose a sale of over R100.00 and close to R200.00 because of R10.00.
Whe I asked why they were charging to add garlic i was advised to go to Scooters as they dont charge for garlic to be added.
Not only did you lose a sale but your staff referred me to your opposition. SHAME POOR POOR DEBONAIRS
