Went to Debonairs Bedfordview. Ordered a 23 cm pizza wanted a thin base, was told sorry thin base only on big pizzas, let me make yours a big one. Already the alarm bells sound. Tactic is to get me to spend more. Declined offer of bigger pizza and accepted thick base on a 23 cm pizza. I was asked do you want extra cheese. Again the tactic is get me to spend more. Now I see the pattern. Accepted offer of more cheese and paid.
Checked invoice, extra cheese was run up twice. So I queried this, was told extra cheese comes in this size container, but its not big enough so we ring it up twice and give you 2 servings.
Now the pattern Is obvious, get me to spend more.
Now's the fun part. are Debonairs that stupid that If the serving isn't big enough, make it double, charge double but only ring it up once. they dictate the size of the extra cheese. If its not big enough make it bigger. Don't be so stupid to admit you cant get it right and charge double. You insult me and you give the impression you have no clue what you are doing.
If it thought it was an error I would live with it. But the pattern is obvious, "cheese" off (like that touch, cheese off, and its pizza) the customer.
