Bad Service and Wrong Order at KFC

Hi,

Last week Thursday at 20:10 I went to the drive through at KFC in Epsom Downs on Sloane Street.
I ordered two Fully Loaded Box Meals, also requested that they be Zinger burgers instead of the normal burgers with extra Zinger Sauce. I wanted drumsticks for the chicken pieces.

They told me that I had to wait 5 minutes for the drumsticks, so I said that was fine. After waiting 28 minutes, the lady that brought the food to the car apologised for the extended delay and said that no-one else wanted to help and they were all waiting to go home.

I accepted her apology and left with my meal... what annoyed me was when I got home and opened the boxes to find that i actually didn't get the drumsticks that I waited almost half an hour extra for, but the breast pieces.

I called the careline and complained, and they gave me a reference number of P7/13/1520 and was called yesterday by someone in the store telling me to come in and collect my free meals. So I went in at the time specified in the phone call and no-one knew anything about it.

I stood there for 15 minutes like a beggar waiting for a free meal while they called and checked and eventually got nothing.
