We went to the KFC in Observatory the other evening to order some supper. we ordered our meals and paid for it. upon collecting the meals we were told that there were no zinger fillets for the burgers and there was a waiting time of 15 minutes and that there was normal fillets available. 15 minutes later we received our food which was the normal fillet anyway. and our brownie avalanche's came in those small cups that are apparently being used for the new dessert on offer. how about telling us before we pay that there is a waiting time and no stock of a certain item? Oh and they forgot about our drinks and only realised it when we were still waiting 10 minutes later.
