No empathy for lost property at McDonalds

I lost my phone at McDonalds Chris Hani Crossing on the 24 April 2013 at about 18:30pm, since then I have dealt with Tsakane, Lucky, Bongi and Edward, and nothing was ever resolved, I had to follwo up with them despite their several promises to resolve the issue and get back to me. A case was opened at our local SAPS on the same day (24.04.2013) and the handset blocked. I was promised that they will arrange that I view the surveillance tapes, but to this day nothing has been one. 23.05.2013 I spoke to Bongi who referred me to Edward who referred me to George as he is the one inchagre of curveillance, he was supposed to call me within 4hrs that same day, as per Edward's feedback after he spoke to him, but he never did. Today (30.05.2013) I phoned him and he failed to address the issue at hand to an extent that all he did was hang up on me twice when I told him that he has not been professional (incompetent), nor sympathetic to my situation and not cared enough to even bother to call me or even apologise yet he says I am being rude. Seems telling the truth is nowadays regarded as being rude. I am furious that he has the audacity to hang up on an irate customer.
