On the 21-05-2013 I visited your gateway branch and ordered a jumbo wedges. I was served by Louann. I asked if she could give me the wedges plain with the sauce on the side which she agreed on doing however she stated that I will be charged extra for the sauce. I asked her why must I pay for it when it is the same sauce that was going to be added. She did not answer and asked if I want it or not. I was charged an extra R6 for sauce. When i collected my order the sauce was put in a small paper bag. I was not given any utensils or paper towels. When I went to the manager Maverick to complain He told me that they were out of stock of containers for the sauce. He then tells me that he is doing me a favour by giving me the sauce separate. Is this what you call customer service? I payed for the sauce so its not a favour. Not all customers want sauce mixed on the wedges as it gets mush. This is the worst service I ever received and the staffs attitude towards customers stinks. I have sent an email to barcello's with pictures of my order. Very unhappy custome
