I was not impressed with the service from Jolly grubber as I ordered a vegetarian burger which costs R21.90 and does that take over half an hour??? I have ordered this meal before and it takes about 10 minutes, what amazed me is that I asked for the manager which was the same lady that was assisting me, she didnt go out of her way to ensure that me as the client was satisfied, as I was very upset with the time dealy and it was after work, just a comment to the manageress you really do need to go go for some customer service training, at the end of the day the client pays your salary, I requested for a refund and that was because I could see and hear she had no concern and had a don, t care attitude. Your customers always come first it doesnt matter how much they buy for, I work in the industry so I am very well aware of service. Jolly Grubber has lost a regular customer and my family as well.
