Went to the South Bound N3 Wimpy at Villiers on Monday 01/04/2013. I wanted to treat friends of ours to a milkshake and waffle. So there we went, all 8 of us (Me, my wife, my friend and his wife and 4 kids) driving from Frankfort to Villiers, 35km. Got to the Wimpy and was informed that there is no ice cream for anything. The machine broke. But was reported on Monday morning. After deciding on other drinks, the kids wanted to order toasted chicken mayo sandwiches. We were told again that they didn't have chicken to make the toasted sandwiches. The manager informed us that they actually did have, but it was sour and off because they made to much and they have to throw it away. Either it was a good selling point or bad management. I personally think it is bad management because people were buying food at the convenient store and eating it in the Wimpy side and that we had to wait almost an hour for 3 Wimpy Cheese Burgers, a chicken wrap, fish and salad, dag-wood, Epic XL Cheese Burger while being the only customers there. This is not the first time that that Wimpy gave bad service. Please Wimpy, sort it out.
