Panarottis in galleria Amanzimtoti in Durban is run by Sam she is the operations manager and she has broken the labours law to many times. I know some of the managers there and first law she broken was not giving them a contract. The second law was that shd promised her managers a pay of R4500 and her managers only received R2600. Labour law states that a virbale contract is still a contract. She makes her workers work 4-5 hours overtime. While they are suppose to work from 7-4 they only get to leave after 9 that night yet her managers only receive the minimal wages of that which a waiter should receive. So once again the law is broken for her managers are underpaid. If you know your labour law you will know how many laws have been broken. She alsomistreads her staff. The staff work under bad sircumstances with Sam yelling and insulting them also making comments about staff. She forces a girl with asma to work in smoking area and a permanent staff she only allows to work 2days a week just because she doesnt like her. Again breaking labour law. I demand something be done about this women Sam and that the managers get their full pay of R4500 or matters will be taking futhe
