Staff don't pitch for work and managers do nothing
Went to the Pick N Pay cafe for breakfast and the waitress had to take the orders, process the payment and also cook the food because half the staff did not pitch for work. The managers are oblivious. One of my colleagues had to go find a manager on the shop floor to tell them to send someone to assist. That cafe is not managed properly. If staff don't come to work, then make sure the managers KNOW about it, and make a plan to cover the staff not there. Really bad service to the customers and it is not the poor waitress who was there's fault.
