Last night I took my family to Panarottis for a nice pizza to celebrate my son's promotion at work. We where seated near the kitchen area when we could hear yelling and cursing coming from that area. I looked up to see a women who looked to be in her late forties with dark hair. It was either black or dark brown. She was wearing a managers shirt. I asked our waitress who she is and the waitress responded that is our boss Sam. I cant believe you have someone like that in charge. I run my own business and I never treat my staff like that. She calls them the worst kind of names, insults and threatens them. Yells and curses them and in front of customers even. Someone should please inform her that she has human beings working for her and not animals. The way she insulted this poor Ronnie guy as she was walking away was shocking. She has people working there not garbage. My cousin works in the department of labour so if I ever see her treating staff like that again I will formally lay a complaint against Panarottis it self.
