My mom purchased a CHIPPED cup from Vida about 2 months ago. When we went back to show the guys, the manager, Austin told me that they sell in a set of 4 but he will get the area manager to call me back. The area manager calls me to tell me that I couldn't have purchased just 1 cup, as they sell it in a set of 4!!! BASICALLY TELLING ME I AM LYING! Austin then sends me a WHATSAPP to tell me that they are on to this. Next minute, the area manager calls again to tell me that they have decided to deduct the money that I have paid from the staff's salary!!! How PATHETIC is that! EVERYONE must suffer due to 1 PERSON'S ACT???
Not even a "I will replace your cup" or "can we help in another way?? "
None the less, will get word out there, never to get a coffee at Vida again!
