Me and my bf went to spur the morning and wen we got at spur the waiter was friendly he took our order and we had to wait about 20 mins for the food we specified to the waiter we would like the burgers well done after waithing 20 mins almost half a hour they brought the food and the burger was raw she asked to see the manager he took another 15 mins to get to us and by then we were already fed up with the service we asked for another burger since it was raw .the manager had attitute and said that's how they grill burgers there he had a argument the whole time about how the burgers are made. I just wanted to pay and leave and not argue since it seemed pointless.how can they have managers like this.
