Worst service eve

We sat down and ordered and only received our order 45 min later, without any knives or forks no toast and then after asking other waiters we got knives and forks after our food was cold, the manager took our food and said he would sort it out, now 20 min later we have cold toast and finally our breakfast, thanks to Blessed (a waitor worth his salt), our waitor said he was super busy and thought someone else was helping us... bottom line I am avoiding this spur for the foreseeable future.
