Its been two weeks since I complained via the website and in addition to last week and no one at Nandos contact me for my query, I called once again and spoke to the customer care who said that they will take the matter further and that the manager from Nandos Midway Mews will call me, no one called me yet but they sent me a sms saying the case has been resolved, how has this been resolved when no one even cared enough for the customers to find out why they were not satisfied with their food, is this the way Nandos treats their regular customers, the staff are extremely arrogant and rude and never adhere to your request, this is really pathetic!!
