I've avoided Nandos for a while - I've had a couple of negative experiences in terms of service and quality of food. On a whim I stopped at Nandos Midway Mews on my way home from work tonight... And boy, I'm glad I did.
The service received from Netsai was nothing less than exceptional. Just the way she handled my order, she was courteous, friendly, polite, and built rapport. She saw my name on my debit card and addressed me by name. It was a great experience and very unexpected. Netsai should be applauded!
