I have been eating at Nandos for sometime and i have been encountering the same problem almost every time, cashiers don't smile and the girl that calls out the orders is so rude its disturbing because the manager is right next to her and he says nothing. You request your food a certain way and you get attitude or if it is done they drown your food with sauce, like the rice i ordered this afternoon which was over flooded with the relish.
I did not enjoy my meal at all. You wait so long for your food and when you get it its so, poorly prepared its not even worth being eaten even McDonald gives better service than Nandos and they are way faster with less attitude those people really know the value of a customer.
I have seen the Nandos staff prepare their own meals and it looks better that what they give us customers and the funny thing in this we (CUSTOMERS) are the reason they have jobs. It is us the CUSTOMERS that keep coming back for service and abuse from NANDOS staff.
I even took a picture of the rice with the over flowing relish if i could attach it to this complaint i would because when you ask for extra relish you don't ask for attitude.
