On 17th of June we (3 people) went to Spur at Menlyn after the one person suggest that we should go there. When we entered the smoking section we took our seats as there was no waiter, we started smoking because we expected a waiter to approach us however only once we were done with our first cigarette we could hail down a waiter. We ordered our Drinks and waited for both our drinks and for the waiter to take our food order:2 of us ordered the Burger special and when it came instead of 2 burgers each they were actually only given one burger each with 2 patties. Plus the one ordered cheese burger and then instead both burgers got one slice of cheese.By the time this was brought to the attention of the waiter and the waiter said bring the extra chips and buns for the patties both didnt feel like waiting anymore and just ate a double patty burger. After finishing we waited to tell the waiter for the bill and he came back awhile late to do so and just left the bill at the table without saying anything so after waiting for sometime yet again the manger I think came by and asked if we are fine so I said I want to pay and only then was told that I have to go upfront for it.
