How is it that nobody can ever deliver good service in South Africa these days???
I mean is it that hard to tell a person that you do not want their money and that they should rather not bother with ordering from you?
This is honestly what it feels like with KFC delivery...
I ordered from the call centre and was told that it would take 45 minutes to arrive... as per normal that was a and i proceeded to wait a further 30 minutes before finally deciding not to eat my phone and contacted the call centre again where I was given the distinct impression that I am but a number and not even an important one due to the lack of empathy the operator had.
Why does the customer service departments always have neanderthals in them?? Or is it I am just use to proper service?
I do think this is the last time ever KFC will see my orders.
