Extremely late delivery, still waiting for refund

On 20 Dec I placed on ordered with Woolworths for del bet 10 & 1on 23 Dec.By 1.30it had not arrived. I called the call centre and was told it would take 40 minutes (please note it took 20 minutes for the call centre number to be answered in the first place). Kamini agreed to refund me the del fee. My order finally arrived at 2.45.What was worse was that there was no ice pack in the box and all my fresh food was warm. I phoned the call centre again (another 20 minutes of holding) and after being pushed around managed to get hold of Leslie at the Pavilion. He agreed to do a redelivery on Tues 24 Dec. At 1.30 I phoned the Pavilion store manager as I was still waiting, and was told that he would come back to me, which he never did. The delivery final arrived after 2! With only one ice pack in the box. The courier only left Pavilion at 1.30! I contacted Leslie immediately to express my dissatisfaction. He agreed to bring through a new delivery himself. I finally received most of my order, in an acceptable condition, at 3.30 on 24 Dec. I am, 5 days later, still waiting for refund of my money for goods not del! I am now an ex customer!
