Went out to dinner and decided to use Good Fellas service to get home.
Contacted GF call centre at 10:30 pm to arrange an adhoc collection. I was told that 'the computer was down', that they could not schedule, but would call me back shortly.
Twenty minutes later, still no call. Multiple attempts to get through to the call centre all dropped after holding for 3 minutes.
Finally, after 11pm I managed to get through to an agent, to be told that the pick-up could take up to 90 minutes (commencing from 11:05pm) By 11:30 pm, an hour after my initial call, I am told no driver has yet been assigned, as GF are 'very busy', and that they could not provide a collection time.
I cancelled the collection request and made other arrangements.
GF, not good enough. if I cannot rely on you to fulfil your basic function in a timely manner, then you are of no use to me. I won't be using this service again.
