I wonder how many complaints I have to send in before someone actually bothers to respond to me. Perhaps customers just aren't that important to KFC; that is certainly the way it currently seems.
I have written 3 or 4 HelloPeter Reports now... plus 2 direct complaints to KFC themselves... all about 1 issue and no one has bothered to respond to me yet..
Cold food... poor service... over-charging (by now I actually consider this as - 4 months later and they haven't done a thing about it) Where does it end?
Maybe I need to write into a newspaper... or carte blanch... perhaps that embarrassment will make someone from KFC headoffice actually pick up a phone and call me to sort this out or bother to email me...
