On Tuesday the 14th May 2013 my 9 year old daughter and I went to Dros Cape Gate to meet up with one of my friends.
When we arrived she spotted my friend sitting waiting for us in the bar (smoking area) and ran to greet her.
She stood up from the bar to great us. As we turned to walk out the bar area we were confronted with the manager "Seth". He stood in front of us like a bull in a china shop and told us very rudely that no children are allowed in this area. My friends said to him: "Yes we know, as you can see we are leaving now." I said to him he doesn't have to be rude about it. Seth turned round and said to me: "If you know children aren't allowed in this area why have you brought her in here! "
We were under 30 seconds in the smoking area. There must have been a total of 5 people in the "smoking area"
We were so shocked at how rude Seth was. Dros need to train there manager on how to speak to their patrons. He could have said it in a more professional manner instead of attacking us.
We did nothing wrong and we go treated like dirt. We were so upset we will not go back there again! I will also inform all my friends and family of the extremely rude management at Dros.
