I went to Mcdonalds Stellenbosch last night for a QUICK bite to eat through the drive through, it was late and not busy at all, with 3 cars ahead of me. The whole trip through the drive through took me just under 40min. The window for ordering and paying was not even open, all had to happen at the collection point which took forever.
I think that they should not advertise 24 hour drive through if they are incompetent to actually operate it. I can totally understand waiting in a quee if it is busy, but with only 3 cars ahead and the inside already closed this is shocking!!
