On Friday afternoon the 10th May, I stopped at Mcdonalds drive thru and was pleasantly suprised to find the manager outside by the drive through moving traffic along, assisting by the cashiers window and delivering my large order to my car. That is the fastest I have ever been through a Mcdonalds drive thru. Like the initiative and focus on service.
