I logged a complaint on 6 May @ 12:38, received a reference number P6/13/1492 and a call from the Call Centre just to confirm that they have received my complaint on Hello Peter and to confirm that someone from their Head Office will be contacting me, but until today, NOTHING further. I see that the actual branch I complained about, is closed for renovations or something, is that the reason for no one getting back to me, to tell my why I received such POOR service all the time?? Let's see if something happens now...
