Shocking behavior - manager shouts at customers???

Today is my first mums day and my husband tried to go out of his way to make it special. Thank you Tony spaghetti for messing it up! My husband made a booking on Tuesday and we were second on the list of reservations, we woke up and rushed out with my 3 month baby to make our reservation. On arrival, we were told that they didn't see our bookings yet we were second on the list, then they didn't have a table for us inside which we asked for on Tuesday already and said we should be there at 9:30. Asked to speak to a manager, a very rude woman came and raised her voice at me when I explained the situation, she yelled that the manager didn't pitch up and she has to worry about all the food and what did I want her to do! In front of all the other customers she was shouting. A white family of 4 came behind us, also confusion with their booking yet the same managers attitude changed and she arranged a table for them upstairs without giving us that option first as we were there first? The way I was talked to on this very special day spoilt my whole day. Pity good food gets spoilt by pathetic service.
