I wanted a milkshake at the airport, but the machine was broken,
Go to the other KFC, about 40 meters down the upstairs walkway, she said,

All this after I regularly call at KFC in Robertson, where half of the times the machine is also broken.
But at the airport I expected at least an attempt to please the international traveler and tourist.
So, this seems to be not just an incident, but an attitude problem of the management.
