Milkshake machine broken

I went to order an awesome meal. I was then told that i could not have one because the milkshake machine was broken. I would expect that they should then give me a can of cooldrink to compensate. Instead they reccomended another combo meal, which i did not want because it was R12 more.

I just feel that if Steers cannot provide something, it should be substituted.

I hope Steers will think about this.
